Having more than 22 years of diverse experiences, especially in PLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY, Dr. Edmond F Ritter affiliates with Medical College Of Ga Hospitals And Clinics, and cooperates with other doctors and specialists in medical group Au Medical Associates.
Lizy Chandy Khalfan
Lizy, works as a Lawyer with a renowned organization in New York and is actively looking for the welfare of the children in developing countries by advising and counseling.
Sonal Patel-Sheth
Sonal, is an educator by profession. She did all her education in New York and worked as an educator, was delighted to be a part of this medical world. Initially it came as a surprise for her, but as she observed the grey areas of this field. She poured up all of her life experience to human resource management and international communications and brought professionalism to these services.

US PROJECT MANAGER
Dr. Shyam Sheth
Dr. Sheth is a renowned maxillofacial and oral surgeon practicing in Gujarat, India. He has been trained and guided the world’s best in his profession and has also obtained extensive training in Cleft, Craniofacial and aesthetic facial surgeries from leading Indian, European and American institutions. He underwent a one year fellowship program at Mangalore under the Cleft Lip & Palate Foundation. At the same time he has left no stone unturned to serve the cleft community through his surgical skills by conducting free operations for cleft lip & cleft palate patients since 2005. Since then, he has conducted 4,500 pro bono cleft operations. He has also donated his time during the 2001 earthquake which rocked Gujarat, India by giving onsite services for more than two weeks in Kutch, Bhuj. He has also served as an academic since 2001 in various dental and medical colleges, has attended more than 50 national and international specialty conferences, and currently has a facility of one year fellowship program at his cleft center. To date, only eight maxillofacial surgeons have obtained this training. He emphasizes keeping himself updated and trained on the most advanced techniques in his field.

Alok Sharma
Alok is a senior management professional and actively looks into management of cleft care project, strategy formation in coordination with team to effectively reach to the rural and tribal parts in developing countries. He is also involved in initiation of digitization and process excellence for project management and activities at foundation and looks after the back end support and training of the staffs for Asia Operations.
Dr. Manshi Shah
Dr. Mansi has completed her BDS and is involved with the dental wing for the consultation and the treatment of the cleft patients with the team of surgeons. She is also involved in cleft screening camps in rural and tribal areas. along with that She is also involved in other activities of cleft management like pre and post counseling of cleft child, cleft awareness projects.
Harish Jadav
Harish is involved in the field work management for project operations and is involved in the management of project specific arrangements and also looks into the account management with finance department.

Mr. Krunalsinh Chauhan
Krunal is involved in marketing and managing the project and accounts for the cleft care project with team. He is managing medical camps and in planning foundation activities and strategies to reach the tribal and rural parts in developing countries, where team has not yet reached in search of the cleft population.
